Chalupa 118 in Horní Podluží has 3 living rooms, social room connected with kitchen and a large wooden sitting,

 TV, 2 bathrooms and an outdoor terrace with a BBQ grill, garden for sport and relaxation use.

There are 10 fully priced beds + 2 on big sofas with bed covers and a towel included.

Layout of rooms:
Ground floor room – 1x couple double bed + 1x single bed + couch
1st floor room on the left – 1x couple double + 2x single bed + couch, bad and wc
1st floor room on the right – 3x single bed + couch

 – price includes the wood for heating, water and electric

 

Summer season 04/01 – 09/30. Price is 4.900,- CZK for a night and for the whole cottage -10 beds

Winter season 10/01 – 03/31. Price is 4.900,- CZK for a night and for the whole cottage -10 beds

  • Six or more nights stay: Price for one night is 4.500,- CZK on summer season. On winter season 4.500,- CZK
  • New Year´Eve, Easter, Christmas +20% additional fee

 

When booking, it is necessary to send a down payment on to a czech account established by Česká Spořitelna or germany account by Sparkasse.

 

Refundable deposit is 2.000,- CZK for eventual damage on cottage equipment. Payment for accomodation and refundable deposit are required in advance when taking the keys.

 

After previous telephonic agreement via +420 606 938 210, it is possible that we’ll take you to your new home from train station, bus stop, or trip. Price for 1 km = 25 CZK (1€) max. 5 persons for a ride.

 

– A duty of every guest is to hand over the cottage in a clean state, like it has been taken from the operator (Guests can use the final cleaning from the operator for 1000,-CZK)
 Paying the agreed price for accomodation means, that guests agree with mentioned terms!
The price is final, including all the charges, VAT, wood, usage of water and electricity.
Refundable deposit 2000,- CZK for eventual damage on any cottage equipment isn’t included in the final price.
Cancellation charges:
30 and more days – 0% refundable deposit will be returned
14-30 days – 50% off the accommodation price
0-14 days – 100% off the accommodation price
(if we’ll sell the canceled term, your money will be returned to you 🙂 )
Boarding for accommodation 2:00 PM and longer & ending no longer than 11:00 AM, or depending on your agreement with the operator!
